Cancellation requests must be made in writing (via WhatsApp or email). They are considered valid once confirmed by our team.
If the company is forced to cancel a tour due to reasons beyond the customer's control (extreme weather, protests, natural disasters, or other force majeure causes), rescheduling or a full refund will be offered, depending on the customer's preference.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days from the confirmation of the cancellation. The refund method will be the same as the payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
If the traveler does not show up at the agreed date and time for the tour, it will be considered a "no show" and no refund will be issued.
Date changes are allowed with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. The same price or conditions may not be guaranteed for the new date.
