On this tour you will discover places where a mythical character much loved by the community once walked: Juan the Little Bear.
The journey allows you to interact with hosts such as promoters, storytellers and residents who will guide you through the history of La Jalca to learn about: the mystery behind the legend of Juan el osito, the origin of its traditional dances and the vestiges that the Chachapoya culture left in these lands.
It is a concept that considers a specific territory as an "open-air museum". It has two basic principles: the first is to preserve the real in situ, that is, maintain the relationship between the heritage and the people throughout the territory of the Ecomuseum; the second is that the inhabitants of the community are the heirs of the local culture and hosts, and at the same time, they are also the first guests.
