Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings

Bookings are made through direct contact via WhatsApp, email, or web form. They will be confirmed upon receipt of the corresponding payment as indicated by our agents.

2. Payments

Payment can be made by bank transfer, Yape, Plin, or credit card. Details will be sent at the time of booking. Some packages require a partial or full prepayment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified at least 7 days in advance. Otherwise, penalties may apply depending on the type of service contracted. Refunds are not made for services voluntarily unused by the traveler.

4. Changes in Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety, or force majeure, always guaranteeing equivalent alternatives.

5. Responsibilities

The company acts as an intermediary between the traveler and service providers (carriers, accommodations, guides, etc.), so it is not responsible for delays, losses, or accidents beyond its direct control.

6. Health and Safety

It is the traveler's responsibility to inform about any medical condition, allergy, or special requirement before the trip. It is recommended to have travel insurance.

7. Documentation

Travelers must carry their valid identity document or passport throughout the tour. In the case of minors, a signed authorization is required if they are not traveling with both parents.

8. Use of Images

During the experiences, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please inform the guide or coordinator at the beginning of the tour.

9. Acceptance

By confirming a booking, the client accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety.
